Dr Nicole Wilde

Nicole’s passion for dentistry was largely influence by her grandfather, a retired Victoria dentist, who would bring her along to his dental office whenever possible. At the age of three, she told everyone that she was going to be a dentist and even devised her own names for dental instruments including the likes of the ‘crewly-cryler’ and ‘chilly-chiler.’ Her grandmother also played a crucial role, introducing Nicole to many forms of art where she developed a love of creating and a keen attention to detail.

Nicole grew up in Victoria where she received an Honours Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Victoria before traveling to New York City to attend the NYU College of Dentistry. There, she was recognized for her strong abilities in esthetic dentistry and her love of teaching and lending a helping hand to her underclassmen.

Nicole is passionate about preventative dentistry and believes that educating and inspiring patients to participate in their dental care is the foundation for a healthier smile. She cares deeply about the comfort and satisfaction of her patients and always encourages her patients to ask questions. Nicole aims to bring her love of art and science together in her daily practice to provide the highest level of evidence-based dentistry to her patients.

Outside the office, Nicole enjoys spending family time with her husband, John, and their two French bulldogs, Addie and Yoshi. She is passionate about staying active through horseback riding and volleyball and fostering her creativity through knitting, cross-stitching, and painting.
